enrollU™ is a college decision support service operated by CODA Holdings LLC. We build custom, personalized decision dashboards for students and families navigating college admission decisions. Each dashboard synthesizes the information you provide — school acceptances, financial aid packages, intended major, home state, household financial picture — into a single ranked framework that reflects true net cost, program fit, and strategic decision timing.
The service is offered as a one-time, made-to-order engagement. After you submit the intake form and complete payment, we build your dashboard within 48 business hours and deliver it via email as a shareable private link and downloadable PDF.
enrollU™ is not a registered financial advisor, college counselor, or licensed professional service. Our dashboards represent analytical estimates based on publicly available data and the information you provide. They are decision-support tools, not professional financial or educational advice. See Section 7 (Limitation of Liability) for the full scope of this distinction.
By using this service you agree to all terms set forth in this document. These terms govern your use of enrollu.app and any associated service communications.
We collect only the information necessary to build your dashboard. This includes:
We do not collect Social Security numbers, full financial records, tax returns, student ID numbers, or any government-issued identification. We do not require a student's name — and we actively encourage you not to include one.
Standard web analytics (anonymous page view data) may be collected via Vercel's built-in infrastructure. We do not use third-party tracking pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or fingerprinting.
Anonymity by design. We ask you not to submit a student's full name. Your dashboard is identified by order number only. This is intentional — we built the service this way to minimize the sensitivity of the information we hold.
The information you submit is used exclusively for the following purposes:
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, sell targeted placements, or share information with college admissions offices, financial aid offices, or any educational institution.
We do not send marketing emails without explicit opt-in consent. Order confirmation and delivery emails are transactional and do not require separate consent.
We retain your order data — including your intake form submission and the dashboard we build — for 90 days after dashboard delivery. After 90 days, all order data associated with your submission is permanently deleted from our systems.
This 90-day window exists to:
Payment records are retained by our payment processor (Stripe) in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems at any time.
If you wish to request deletion of your data before the 90-day window expires, email us at hello@enrollu.app and we will process your request within 5 business days.
Deletion is the default. We don't retain your information after the delivery window closes. This isn't just policy — it's built into our operations.
We do not sell, license, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Period.
The information you submit to enrollU is not shared with:
We use the following infrastructure service providers who may process data on our behalf in order to operate the service: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and delivery), Supabase (database), and Resend (transactional email). Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and security frameworks. We do not grant these providers the right to use your data for any purpose other than the service they provide to us.
The price for a standard enrollU dashboard is $199 (USD). For school lists exceeding 12 schools, an additional $15 per school applies. Any overage will be confirmed with you before a payment link is generated — you will never be charged more than the amount confirmed in writing.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your full credit card number. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
Refund policy. A full refund is available if requested before dashboard build work has begun. Once we have started building your dashboard — which we will communicate via confirmation email — no refund is available. Dashboard delivery is considered complete when the delivery email is sent to your provided email address. No refund is available after dashboard delivery begins.
If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your delivered dashboard, contact us at hello@enrollu.app within 90 days of delivery and we will re-send or restore access at no charge.
Chargebacks initiated after dashboard delivery has begun will be disputed. We maintain complete order records including intake submissions, build logs, and delivery confirmations.
All figures in your enrollU dashboard are estimates. Net cost calculations, program scores, and ranked outcomes are analytical tools based on publicly available data (published cost of attendance, program rankings, historical aid patterns) combined with the information you provide. They are not guarantees.
Specifically:
enrollU is not a financial advisor, college counselor, or licensed educational consultant. Nothing in your dashboard constitutes financial advice, and no information should be construed as a recommendation to take any specific financial action without independent professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CODA Holdings LLC's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the enrollU service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific dashboard order at issue.
CODA Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to: loss of financial aid, enrollment decision outcomes, or scholarship results.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
